蚯蚓活动对培养床基质中TN、TP含量及分布的影响 被引量:1

Effects of earthworm activities on matrix content and distribution of TN and TP in culture bed

摘要 为了探究蚯蚓活动对培养床基质中TN、TP含量及分布的影响,采用A1、A2、B1和B2 4组培养床进行实验,培养床以纯污泥或污泥和秸秆的混合物作为待处理基质,蚓粪和牛粪的混合物作为缓冲基质,A组不接种蚯蚓,B组接种蚯蚓。经过90 d的连续培养,结果表明:A1、A2、B1和B2待处理基质中TN平均值比初始值分别下降25.79、24.91、37.18和37.51 g·kg^(-1),其TP平均值比初始值分别下降1.86、3.62、7.43和9.44 g·kg^(-1);A组缓冲基质和底层土壤中TN和TP比初始值有所增加,而B组缓冲基质中TN和TP比初始值有所减少,底层土壤中TN和TP比初始值有所增加。同时,蚯蚓活动不仅使基质中的TN和TP含量明显降低,还能显著缓解待处理基质的板结状况,提高待处理基质的土地利用价值。 This study evaluated the effects of earthworm activity on the amount and distribution of total nitrogen( TN) and total phosphorus( TP) in culture beds. Four groups( A1,A2,B1,and B2) were set up. Pure sludge or sludge mixed with straw was used as the matrix to be processed by the earthworms. Vermicompost mixed with cow dung was used as the buffer matrix. Groups A1 and A2 were not inoculated with earthworms,whereas groups B1 and B2 were. The results showed that in all groups the TN and TP from the processed matrix were lower than the initial values. The TN in group A1,A2,B1,and B2 decreased with 25. 79,24. 91,37. 18,and 37. 51 g·kg-1,respectively. The TP decreased with 1. 86,3. 62,7. 43,and 9. 44 g·kg-1,respectively. In contrast to the processed matrix,the TN and TP values in the buffer matrix and soil were higher than the initial values of group A. In group B,TN and TP values decreased in the buffer matrix,and increased in soil. Overall,earthworm activity not only decreased the amount of TN and TP in the processed matrix,it also highly decreased the matrix'compaction,and improved the utilization of the sludge.
