摘要
党的十八大将法律意识强调到前所未有的高度,并且将提高法律意识作为执政党思想建设的一项紧迫任务.执政的中国共产党现如今肩负着领导政府和人民科学立法、严格执法、模范守法、坚定护法的历史使命.党的法律意识淡薄的现状难以适应全面依法治国的要求.提高法律意识已经成为执政党思想建设的一项紧迫任务.
Before the eighteenth Congress, the Communist Party did not pay much attention to legal awareness or take it as an urgent task in ideological construction of the ruling party. The CPC now as the ruling party shoulders the historical mission of leading its government and its people in scientific legislation, strict enforcement of law, model obedience of law and firm protection of law. The current situation of the weak legal awareness in the CPC can hardly meet the requirement of all-round law-based governance. It has become an urgent task to strengthen legal awareness in ideological construction of the ruling party.
