摘要
目的:测定维吾尔药腺果蔷薇根、茎、叶和果实中总黄酮含量。方法:采用单因素与正交实验确定最佳提取工艺;采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠比色法测定腺果蔷薇不同部位的总黄酮含量。结果:最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为60%,用量为药物重量的14倍,加热回流2h,2次。以芦丁为对照品求得线性方程为:Y=0.5281X-0.0149(r=0.9998),线性范围为0.2-1.2mg/mL。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,含量测定方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为腺果蔷薇中总黄酮的含量测定方法。
Objective: To determine the content of the total flavones from the roots, stems, leaves and fruits of Rosa fedtschenkoana Regel. Methods: The best extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experiment design; The content of total flavones was determined by absorption spectrometry with rutosids as reference sub- stance. Results: Optimum extraction technology was as follows, 60% ethanol, ratio of material to liquid 14 times, and time of 2 h, twice. The standard to make the standard curve: y=0.5281X-0.0149(r=0.9998); the linear range was 0.2-1.2 mg/mL. Conclusion: This method was simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of the flavonoids in Rosa fedtschenkoana Regel.
