摘要
文章报道了一种工艺简单、条件温和、环境友好的绿色制备金纳米粒子的方法。以蔗糖为还原剂,在水解条件下还原氯金酸制备金纳米粒子。采用紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、能谱仪(EDX)对合成的金纳米粒子进行表征。实验系统的考察了水解时间、氯金酸添加量、反应时间等制备条件对纳米粒子光学性能的影响。实验结果表明最佳水解时间为20 min,金纳米粒子的粒径随着氯金酸溶液添加量及反应时间的增加而增大。
The Au nanoparticles(NPs) were green synthesized by simple process, mild conditions and environment friendly. Au NPs was prepared by sucrose as reduce agent hydrolysis. Au NPs were characterized using the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer(UV-Vis), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy(EDX). Effects of the hydrolysis time, the reaction time and the adding quantity of chloroauric acid on optical properties of Au NPs were investigated. The optimal hydrolysis time was 20 min, and the surface plasma resonance(SPR) peak of Au NPs were increased with the increase of the reaction time and the adding quantity of chloroauric acid.
