摘要
痰病在中医学中从理论到治则治法都已形成丰富多彩的体系,历代医家对痰的治法有丰富论述,吐法是诊治痰病的重要方法之一,临床恰当应用具有方法简便、费用低廉、起效快、治疗时间短、疗效佳的特点,但不是所有痰病都可以用吐法,文章探讨了吐法治疗痰病的源流、机制、证治方法及原则。
In traditional Chinese medicine,a comprehensive system from theory to treatment principle on phlegm disease has been established.The doctors of the past have detailed discussion on its treatment,among which emetic therapy is an important treatment method because it is characterized by being easy,convenient and inexpensive,and with rapid action,short treatment course and good curative effects.However,emetic therapy is not almighty for all phlegm disease.This article explored the source,mechanism,treatment methods and treatment principles of emetic therapy to treat phlegm disease.
