摘要
"必取于人"是孙子情报思想体系的逻辑起点,有着深刻的思想内涵。反恐人力情报在提供恐怖组织"硬"信息的同时,还能获取预警性、核心性情报信息。二者都将人作为开展情报工作的核心力量,具有内在的必然联系。借鉴孙子"必取于人"的思想,反恐人力情报工作必须在国家安全层面受到重视,以此为基础,完善法规制度建设,加强人力情报队伍综合素质建设和进行反恐情报战。
Sun Zi＇s military intelligence thinking system logically starts with dependance on those familiar with the enemy practical situations, containing profound thinking connotations. Manpower information of anti-terrorism provides terrorist organizations＇ ＂hard＂ information as well as early warning and core information, both of which takes man as the core force for carrying out the intelligence activities. Referring to Sun Zi＇s thinking of dependance on those familiar with the enemy practical situations, the article suggests that attention should be paid to anti-terrorism manpower intelligence work on national security level. Efforts should be made to enhance the law system construction of the manpower intelligence team＇s comprehensive quality and carry out the fight against terrorism.
