摘要
"一带一路"建设已提升为中国目前全方位对外开放战略,国际金融合作是实现该战略的前提和保障.通过对中国与"一带一路"沿线国家(中亚及俄罗斯、南亚、西亚、中东欧)开展金融合作的现状分析(包括双边本币互换与结算、各类金融机构合作等),指出当前金融合作的主要问题,提出相应的对策建议,即创新区域融资保障机制,发挥亚投行的引领作用,加快推动人民币区域化及国际化.
Currently, ＂One Belt One Road＂ has become our country＇s comprehensive opening-up strategy.International financial cooperation guarantees this strategy. The essay mainly analyzes the current situation of financial cooperation between China and the countries along ＂One Belt One Road＂, including bilateral currency swap and settlement, cooperation of various types of financial institutions, etc. Based on the major problems of financial cooperation, some countermeasures are put forward such as innovating regional financing guarantee mechanism, getting the leading role of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank into play, and promoting the regionalization and internationalization of RMB.
