摘要
目的:观察CK7、CK15、CK20、CD10、Bcl-2、Nestin在基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)和毛母细胞瘤(trichoblastoma,TB)中的表达,探讨其在两种肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中的作用。方法:对确诊的35例BCC和7例TB石蜡包埋标本行CK7、CK15、CK20、CD10、Bcl-2、Nestin免疫组化染色,观察它们在肿瘤细胞及其周围间质中的表达。结果:对各种抗体在基底细胞癌与毛母细胞瘤表达分布比较,CK7、CK15、CK20、Nestin表达分布无明显差异。Bcl-2在基底细胞癌中仅癌巢周边细胞阳性,间质部分细胞灶状阳性,而毛母细胞瘤中上皮细胞均弥漫弱阳性。CD10在两种肿瘤中周边细胞均阳性表达,但基底细胞癌中间质阴性,而毛母细胞瘤中间质阳性表达。结论:分析CD10和Bcl-2在肿瘤中表达分布的不同,有助于这两种肿瘤的鉴别诊断。
Objective：To obsmwe the different expression of CK7 ,CK15 ,CK20,CD10 ,Bcl -2 and Nestin in basal cell carcinoma（ BCC ） and trichoblastoma （ TB ）, and to explore their value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods ： Total of 35 cases of basal cell carcinoma and 7 cases of trichoblastoma were studied by using immunohistochemical staining on CKT, CK15, CK20, CD10, Bcl - 2 and Nestin. The expression in tumor cells and surrounding stroma were obsmwed. Results ：The expression and positive distribution of CK7, CK15, CK20 and Nestin had no significant difference. Bcl - 2 expression in basal cell carcinoma was only focally positive in cancer nest surrounding cells and partial positive in stromal cells. However,Bcl- 2 in trichoblastoma was weakly diffuse positive. CD10 expression was positive in surrounding cells in both tumors, but was negative in stromal cells of basal cell carcinoma and positive in trichoblastoma stromal cells. Conclusion： CD10 and Bcl -2 expression and distribution in BBC and TB were different and it＇s helpful in the differential diagnosis of two tumors.
