摘要
20世纪初期以来,随着高等教育规模的迅速扩张、大学生就业压力的增大、社会对高校人才培养功能的关注,以及对公共权力问责的兴起,促使世界大学生"就业力"评价得以发展和改进。目前,美国、英国、加拿大和澳大利亚等国已经确立了较成熟的大学生"就业力"评价指标,并呈现出一些共性趋势。
Since the early 20th century, along with the rapid expansion of the higher educational scale, the increased pressure of undergraduates' employment, the high attention to fostering talents and the rising of public power accountability, undergraduates' employability evaluation has been developed and improved. Up to now, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and other countries have had mature index for Undergraduates' employability evaluation and some common trends.
