摘要
目的 :探索中药药枕应用于社区高血压病的干预效果。方法 :2013年10月至2014年9月将200例社区高血压病患者随机分成干预组和对照组各100例。干预组根据辨证论治,在西药治疗基础上分别予以不同证型的中药药枕,对照组在西药治疗基础上予以空白药枕,观察使用药枕后的血压值及中医证候积分的变化。结果 :干预后,干预组的中医证候积分从(14.03±5.43)分下降为(6.45±2.83)分,明显优于对照组的(9.65±3.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组干预前后的收缩压差值为(-14.17±7.36)mm Hg,舒张压差值为(-7.75±5.13)mm Hg,对照组分别为(1.10±6.42)mm Hg和(-6.02±5.44)mm Hg,干预组优于对照组。结论 :中药药枕能降低血压并改善症状,中药药枕联合西药治疗效果优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective： To explore the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine pillow in the intervention of hypertension in the community. Methods： From Oct. 2013 to Sept. 2014, 200 cases of the community hypertension were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control one with 100 cases each. On the basis of the Western medicine treatment, the Chinese medicine pillows were given to the patients with the different syndromes in the intervention group according to the syndrome differentiation and the blank pillows were given to the patients in the control one. The changes of the blood pressure values and the TCM syndrome scores were observed after using the pillows. Results： After the intervention, the TCM syndrome score decreased from 14.03±5.43 to 6.45±2.83 in the intervention group, which was obviously better than the score of 9.65±3.80 in the control one and the difference had the statistical significance（P〈0.01）. The differences of the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were-14.17±7.36 mm Hg and-7.75±5.13 mm Hg in the intervention group and 1.10±6.42）mm Hg and（-6.02±5.44）mm Hg in the control group after the intervention, and the intervention group was better than the control one. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine pillow can reduce the blood pressure and improve the syndrome. The treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine pillow combined with Western medicine is better than that of the Western medicine alone.
