苜蓿青贮对泌乳牛产奶量和乳品质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 苜蓿是一种产量和营养价值较高、适口性好的粗饲料,具有提高泌乳牛产奶量、改善乳品质和提高饲料利用率的效果。本试验选取100头泌乳牛,以苜蓿青贮替代部分苜蓿干草进行饲喂,探讨苜蓿青贮对产奶量及乳品质的影响。结果表明,试验期试验组产奶量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率分别比对照组高出1.4%、3.8%、2.9%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明在奶牛日粮中使用苜蓿青贮有提高奶牛产奶量、改善乳品质的趋势,而且可降低养殖成本,提高养殖效益。 Alfalfa is a kind of high output, high nutritional value and palatability good roughage,it was widely applied in dairy cows and could improve milk production and milk quality, as well as the utilization ratio of feed. This experiment takes 100 lactating cows, by replacing part of the alfalfa hay with alfalfa silage feeding effect comparison, study the effects of alfalfa silage on production and quality of milk. The results showed that the milk yield, milk fat percentage and milk protein percentage of experimental group were 1.4%, 3.8% and 1.4% higher than the control group respectively. The use of alfalfa silage in cows diet can improve cow milk production, dairy products quality, reduce production cost, improve the breeding benefit.
