摘要
目的分析甲硝唑联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊（定君生）对细菌性阴道病的微生态调节作用。方法选择2014年1月-2015年1月期间在我院妇科门诊就诊的62例细菌性阴道病患者进行研究分析,采用系统随机化法,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组单用乳杆菌活菌胶囊进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用口服甲硝唑片剂进行治疗,结束治疗后,对比两组患者的有效率、起效时间及复发情况。结果观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者起效明显早于对照组,且观察组患者复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲硝唑联合阴道用乳杆菌活菌胶囊对细菌性阴道病的疗效高且快,有利于恢复阴道微生态平衡,且复发率低。
Objective To analyze the effect of microflora regulation for bacterial vaginosis by metronidazole with vaginal lactobacillus capsules（lactobacillus）. Methods Selected 62 patients of bacterial vaginosis that were admitted for the research and analysis by obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015. Used the method of system randomization for the research, which need all patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group and each group had 31 patients according to the alternate medical card, respectively. The control group was treated with lactobacillus capsules, while the observation group was not only treated with lactobacillus capsules, but also treated with peroral tablets of metronidazole. After end of treatment, the effective rate, onset time and recurrent cases about these two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Patients in the observation group were affected significantly earlier than the control group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower as well,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of metronidazole with vaginal lactobacillus capsules for the bacterial vaginosis is high and fast, and the recurrence rate is low, which can help to restore the balance of vaginal microflora.
