摘要
根据填埋垃圾的降解特性及数据易得性,首先确定陈腐垃圾中有机质、渗滤液COD、填埋气CH4为填埋场垃圾稳定化程度的判别指标,然后建立稳定化程度(完全稳定、比较稳定、基本稳定、未稳定)评价分级标准,最后运用模糊综合评价法对武汉市某简易垃圾填埋场种不同填埋时间垃圾堆体的稳定性进行综合评价。结果表明:填埋8~12年的垃圾堆体已基本稳定,可进行低度利用,在中、高度利用之前需治理;填埋12~18年的垃圾堆体已比较稳定,可进行中度利用,在进行高度利用之前需治理;填埋18年以上的垃圾堆体已完全稳定,可直接进行高度利用。这为武汉市乃至全国范围内大量陆续关闭的老简易垃圾填埋场的维护再利用提供了参考依据。
On the basis of degradation characteristics of landfill wastes and data availability,the organic matter content of the wastes,COD content of leachate,CH4 content of landfill gas were taken as the evaluation indexes to assess landfill stabilization firstly,and then a classification standard( non-stable,basically stable,comparatively stable,completely stable) were established,and finally the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the stabilization degree of wastes with different ages in a simple landfill in Wuhan city. The wastes aged 8 ~ 12 years were basically stable,and can be lowly utilized but need treatment before moderately and highly utilization. The wastes aged 12 ~ 18 years was comparatively stable,can be utilized moderately but requires treatment before highly utilization. The wastes aged over 18 years were completely stable,and the landfill can be highly utilized without remediation. It provides practical references for the maintenance and utilization for plenty of closing or closed simple landfills in Wuhan and even around China.
