摘要
近年来,高校办学规模越来越大,办学经费来源与结构呈现多元化的态势,加强高校财务监管体系建设,探求更实际有效的财务监管途径,合理利用有限的资金,减少铺张浪费,是保障高等教育事业持续健康发展的前提。
In recent years, the scale of colleges and universities has been increasingly expanding. Meanwhile, sources of funding for higher education and its structures have become diversified. Therefore, there are four essential premises to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of higher education： to strengthen the financial supervision system, to explore more practical and effective financial supervision pathways, to use the limited funds rationally, as well as to reduce the waste and extravagance.
