摘要
目的:对比单纯西医与中西结合疗法治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的治疗效果,寻求治疗慢性肾盂肾炎更为有效的科学方法。方法:以2012年1月-2013年12月在本院进行治疗的80例慢性肾盂肾炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用中西医结合疗法,对照组采用西医常规疗法,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的治疗效果明显要好于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗无效的比例明显要高于实验组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者尿液细菌培养转阴时间及尿常规转正常的时间均比对照组要短,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合疗法治疗慢性肾盂肾炎,能够取得比单纯西医疗法更好的治疗效果,可在临床推广使用。
Objective： Clinical effects of western medicine and the integrative medicine on chronic pyelonephritis were compared, to seek more effective scientific method for chronic pyelonephritis. Methods： 80 patients with chronic pyelonephritis from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group; the experimental group received the integrative medicine; the control group was treated with routine therapy. Clinical efficiency in two groups were compared. Results： The cure rate and the efficacy in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group; the invalid proportion of treatment in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group; bacterial culture negative time and urine routine negative time of patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group; there were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was effective on chronic pyelonephritis, and worthy of promotion.
