摘要
培养学生的创新能力是我们高等教育的重要内容,创新能力培养除了学校自身,更多的是要充分发挥专业学科特点,积极摸索高校与科研院所、行业、企业联合培养人才的新机制,加强学校之间、校企之间、学校与科研机构之间合作以及中外合作等多种联合培养方式,形成体系开放、机制灵活、渠道互通、选择多样的人才培养体制,以加强高校人才培养过程与社会紧密联系,增强高校对经济社会发展的适应性。
