摘要
思想政治教育是人类生存发展的产物,不仅体现人的本质存在,还是个体活动的社会化基础,更是个人自我完善的精神动力。对思想政治教育协同创新的育人机制研究从宏观层面讲是思想政治教育适应人的发展需要的表现,从微观视角则可理解为思想政治教育实现其教育价值的具体化。而这种具体化则体现为:人本性协同的育人理念;有效性协同的育人原则;完善性协同的育人方法;整合性协同的育人模式;调适性协同的育人实践;延展性协同的育人反思。
The educational mechanism of the collaborative innovation of ideological and political education,from the macro level,is the performance of the ideological and political education adapting to the development needs of human beings. From the microscopic point of view, it is the em- bodiment of the value of ideological and political education. The concrete content of such embodiment include: the concept of human-oriented education, the effective coordination of the educational principle, the method of improving the cooperative education, the mode of integration of the cooperative education,the practice of adjusted cooperative education and the reflection of extended cooperative education.
