摘要
针对离心式压缩机转速高、功率大,一旦发生密封泄漏,轻则联锁停机,重则酿成事故的现象,因此密封的正确使用与维护十分重要。根据干气密封的特点,分析使用过程中发生的故障。提出在装置运行中要适时检查一级密封气分液罐内的滤芯,当差压快报警时,应及时更换一级密封气精过滤器的滤芯,保证密封气的洁净。
With the high rotational speed and large power of centrifugal compressor,once seal leakage occurs,there will be interlock and shutdown,or even accidents.Therefore,correct use and maintenance of seal plays an important role.According to the characteristics of dry gas seal,this paper analyzes the failures occurring during the application process.It proposes to inspect the filter cartridge of primary sealing gas drop pot timely.When the differential pressure is going to give an alarm,the filter cartridge of primary sealing gas fine filter shall be replaced to keep the sealing gas clean.
