摘要
针对现阶段受电弓磨耗检测速度慢、精度低、劳动力大等问题,设计了一种基于3D机器视觉的受电弓磨耗检测系统。该系统以3D视觉技术原理为理论基础,设计了一套电气列车受电弓滑板磨耗的检测装置,在计算机的控制下对滑板进行自动检测,测量结果经系统配套软件处理后得到磨耗曲线。实验结果表明,该系统具有速度快、检测精度高等特点,能够实现对受电弓滑板的磨耗检测。
In view of traditional abrasion detection of pantograph with the problem of slow speed,low accuracy and large labor force,this paper designs an abrasion detection of pantograph system based on 3D machine vision technology. This system use the 3D machine vision technology as theoretical basis, design an abrasion detection of pantograph device for electric train. And it is controlled by computer to detect slipper,and we can get the result of the measurement about abrasion curve from the supporting software. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of fast speed and high detection accuracy,can be achieved for the defect of abrasion detection of pantograph slipper.
