摘要
目的：探析风险管理在新生儿病房中的运用效果。方法选择2013年4月～2014年4月我院收治的新生儿61例为研究对象，运用风险管理手段，对比分析风险管理手段运用前后出现护患纠纷的几率和家长满意度。结果应用风险管理手段后出现护患纠纷的几率和家长满意度优于应用前，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上将风险管理运用在新生儿病房中，一方面可以降低出现护患纠纷的几率，另一方面还能提高家长满意度，建立良好的护患关系。
Objective To analysis the application of risk management in the neonatal ward. Methods 61 cases of our hospital during the period of newborn as the research object in April 2013～April 2014, by means of risk management, before and after the application analysis of the risk management methods of nurse disputes probability and parents satisfaction. Results After the application of risk management means there is risk of dispute of nurses and patients and parents satisfaction obvious due to the application before, the contrast was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical risk management will be used in neonates ward, on the one hand, can reduce the chance of nurse disputes, on the other hand it can improve the parents satisfaction, establish a good management of nurses and patients.
