摘要
红外线吸收法广泛应用于钢中碳硫含量的检测,检测结果的准确性与可信程度取决于不确定度的大小。根据不确定度的来源及产生原理,建立数学模型,对钢中碳硫含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定,确定影响测量不确定度的主要来源是重复性测定、标准物质选用、助熔剂及瓷坩埚引入的空白,而仪器设备引入的不确定度可忽略不计,从而衡量该分析方法的可靠程度。
Widely applied to detecting the content of carbon and sulfur in steel by infrared absorption method,the accuracy of the test results and the credible degree depends on the size of the uncertainty. According to the sources of uncertainty and the principle,the establishment of mathematical model,to determine the content of carbon and sulfur in steeland the uncertainty of the evaluation,to determine the influence of the main sources of uncertainty of measurement is a blank measurement repeatability,material selection,flux andporcelain crucible is introduced,and the equipment of uncertainty can be ignored,in order to measure the degree of reliability analysis method.
