摘要
目的探讨心理护理联合康复护理指导在乳腺癌患者术后中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的80例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组单纯采用康复护理指导治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上,联合心理护理治疗,对比分析两组患者的满意度和并发症的发生率情况。结果观察组的并发症的发生率为15.0%,显著低于对照组的42.5%;观察组的满意度为95.0%,显著高于对照组的75.0%。并发症发生率和满意度差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合康复护理指导可有效降低乳腺癌患者术后的并发症的发生和提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective The application value of psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods 80 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital as the research objects,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each had 40 cases.Control group was treated only with rehabilitation nursing treatment,while the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing treatment as well as phychological nursing.The degree of satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,incidence of complications was 15%,which was significantly lower than the 42.5% of control group;The degree of satisfaction of observation group satisfaction was 95.0%,significantly higher than that in control group 75.0%.Differences in the incidence of complications and degree of satisfaction were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of breast cancer patients after operation and improve the degree of satisfaction of patients and is worthy of clinical application.
