摘要
通过对绿色经济和绿色产业内容的界定,首先构建出绿色产业的统计体系以及三次产业的相对绿色度界定指标体系;然后利用2008~2012年的统计数据,运用层次分析法（AHP）测算了国民经济各产业及国民经济全行业的相对绿色度。主要结论：我国国民经济全行业的绿色度平均在43%,2012年最高为49.96%,其中第三产业（服务业）绿色度最高,平均达到65%以上;第一产业（农林牧渔业）,相对绿色度平均为55%;第二产业相对绿色度平均只有24%。在此基础上,通过聚类分析将国民经济的大类产业划分为深绿色产业、浅绿色产业和黑色产业三类。其中深绿色产业的相对绿色度都在50%以上,涵盖20门类57个大类产业;浅绿色产业的相对绿色度在20%~50%之间,涵盖2个门类14个大类产业;黑色产业的相对绿色度在20%以下,涵盖3个门类24个大类产业。
This paper first outlines the statistical system for green industries and the index system for measuring relative green levels in different industries. It then measures the relative green levels for different industries and the national economy as a whole by using AHP with statistics from 2008 to 2012. The main conclusions are as follows： First, the average green level for China＇ s national economy is 43%, with 49.96% in 2012 being its peak; among the three sectors of industries, the tertiary sector has the highest green level of more than 65%, and the first industry follows with an average green level of 55%, while the second industry has the lowest average green level of 24%. Second, the major industries can be categorized as dark-green industries, pale-green industries and black industries. Dark-green industries are mainly in the first and tertiary sectors as well as some of the manufacturing industries 20 categories of 57 major categories of industries with relative green levels above 50%; pale-green industries have green levels in the range of 20% to 50%, covering 14 categories of tobacco products industry; black industries mainly include 24 categories of 3 major categories of mining and mining industry, with relative green levels below 20%.
