摘要
为了得到法兰类零件成形过程中坯料尺寸对成形结果的影响规律,采用有限元模拟和实验验证的方法,对H62合金典型法兰零件镦挤成形过程进行了研究。研究表明:以法兰镦粗为主的成形方式,必须保证坯料自由端的高度小于3倍坯料壁厚,才能实现;而镦挤复合成形方式,只有当法兰部分增大所需体积与筒部成形时被挤出的体积接近时才能实现。坯料外径为Φ170 mm时,两者的体积最接近,故该坯料成形效果较好。法兰镦粗成形过程中主要是法兰部位变形,最大等效应变在法兰中心部位。镦挤复合成形过程,主要是零件外侧变形,最大等效应变在法兰与筒部圆弧过渡区域。
In order to gain the influence regularity of the billet sizes on the forming results during the flange parts forming process, the upsetting-extruding process of H62 alloy flange part was studied by the method of finite element simulation and experimental validation. Research result shows that the flange upsetting can be realized when the height of free end is less than 3 times of the wall thickness. However, the upsetting-extruding compound forming can be realized when the increasing volume of the flange part is close to that of tube part extruded. The forming effect is better when the billet diameter is ~170 mm because the above two volumes are near the same. The flange is mainly deformed in the flange upsetting process, and the maximum equivalent strain is located at the center of the flange. However, in the upsetting-extruding compound forming process, the main deformation occurs in the lateral part, and the maximum equivalent strain is in the transition region between the flange and the circular arc.
