摘要
介绍了耿马南华华侨糖业有限公司利用附设酒精厂生产过程产生的CO2改进清净工艺的应用。主要是先用CO2对混合汁进行饱充,饱充汁上浮分离后,再经原工艺用SO2中和,沉降,过滤。对此新工艺进行了一段时间的查定,初步得出能有效提高产品质量和大量节省硫磺的结果,同时讨论了存在问题和今后进一步改进的建议。
This paper introduced the clarification process with CO2 produced from affiliated alcohol workshop practiced in Gengma Nanhua Oversea Chinese Sugar Co. Ltd. The mixed juice was carbonated with CO2 and the carbonation juice was separated by floatation. Then the separated carbonation juice was treated through neutralization with SO2, precipitation and filtration as original sulphitation process. The process has been operated for test for some time. The preliminary results showed that the quality of white sugar produced was improved and the consumption of sulphur was reduced outstandingly. Suggestions were also made about the remaining problems and their future improvements.
