新时期义务教育“重点学校”转型发展的四大策略被引量：1

摘要义务教育重点学校常常指那些在国家和地方教育政策扶持下迅速发展起来的一部分资源丰厚、学生成绩突出、社会认同度高的学校。在"深入推进义务教育均衡发展"的政策背景下,重点学校正在面临着转型发展的挑战。能力建设、反思性实践、伙伴协作和教师领导是义务教育重点学校成功转型并实现持续发展的可供选择的有效策略。
