摘要
反恐怖情报保障是反恐怖行动中的关键性环节。大数据时代的到来为反恐怖情报保障提供巨大机遇的同时,也对现有的情报保障软(硬)件设施、规章制度等建设提出了挑战。笔者应用定性分析法,针对大数据对反恐怖情报保障的重要作用,大数据时代反恐怖情报保障面临的现实矛盾、基本策略及应注意的几个问题等几个方面进行了论述,旨在为相关学术研究和实践探索提供一定的借鉴。
The strategy of anti-terrorism intelligence is a key link in anti-terrorism. The coming of big data era provides huge opportuni- ties for strategy of anti-terrorism intenigence as well as great challenges in the software and hardware facilities, construction of regulations and etc. This paper discusses qualitatively of the importance of big data to the strategy of anti-terrorism intelligence, real contradictions, basic ways and several problems of strategy of anti-terrorism intelligence in the big data era. The study offers advices for related academic research and practical exploration.
