摘要
目的:利用响应面Box-Behnken设计优化超声提取桑椹多酚工艺条件。方法:选择乙醇浓度、桑椹粉碎度、料液比、提取时间4个因素进行单因素考察,在此基础上,用响应面Box-Behnken设计对影响较大的单因素进行3因素3水平响应面分析,以确定最佳提取条件。结果:桑椹多酚类化合物的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度为44.6%、桑椹粉碎度为120目、料液比为1∶34(g/ml)。结论:响应面Box-Behnken设计能优化超声提取桑椹多酚提取条件,提高桑椹多酚提取得率。
Objective To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology process conditions of polyphenol from Mori Fructus by the re-sponse surface method.Method Base on ethanol concentration,comminution degree,the liquid -solid ratio,ultrasonic time of single factor experiment,the Box-Behnken design for 3 star factor 3 level response surface methodology was applied,to ascertain the best ex-traction condition.Results The ethanol concentration of 44.6%,comminution degree of 120 section and liquid -solid ratio of 34.1∶1 were selected as the optimum conditions.Conclusion Box -Behnken design of response surface methodology was applied to optimize ultrasonic extraction technology process conditions of polyphenol from Mori Fructus.
