摘要
目的:分析探讨黄芪的药理分析及临床用法。方法:随机选取医院收治的2013年1月—2014年1月60例应用黄芪治疗的患者,并且将这些患者作为研究对象,分析黄芪药理作用以及黄芪在治疗相应疾病中的效果。结果:中药黄芪药理功效众多,在临床治疗糖尿病、肝硬化、心绞痛疾病方面具有独特作用,具有研究、应用价值,治疗前后比较,治疗后临床效果显著(P<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗增强特异性、非特异性免疫功能疾病中,可以有效发挥减缓衰老、抗疲劳、抗感染,调脂的功效,临床效果较好,值得推广。
Objective：To analyzed the pharmacological effect and clinical application of Radix Astragali.Methods：Sixty patients treated with Astragalus membranaceus in the hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly selected as the research object. The pharmacological effect of Radix Astragali on treating corresponding diseases was ananlyzed.Results：Radix Astragali has many pharmacological functions.It plays a unique role in the clinical treatment of diabetes,liver cirrhosis,angina and it has the value of research and application value.The clinical effect is remarkable（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of enhanced specific and non-specific immune diseases,it has the function of slowing down the process of ageing, anti fatigue,anti infection and lowering lipid.It has the practical＆amp;nbsp;effect and good curative effect in clinical.
