摘要
介绍南京市城市生活垃圾分类实施的过程和状况,分析了制约南京城市生活垃圾分类实施的主要因素。在借鉴奥地利生活垃圾分类收集、处置的成功经验基础上,提出南京现阶段应建立垃圾分类设施设置多样性模式及市场机制,吸引社会资金参与垃圾分类处理处置,引进和研发先进的垃圾处理处置技术。
The process and situation of municipal domestic waste classification in Nanjing were introduced, and the restricted factors were analyzed. Taking the successful experience of domestic waste sorting collection and disposal in Austria for example, some conntenneasures should be taken in Nanjing at the present stage, including diversity patterns and market mechanism of waste classification facilities, attracting social investment to waste sorting treatment and disposal, introducing and developing advanced waste treatment and disposal technologies.
