摘要
成人高等教育作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分为我国的人才培养和经济社会发展作出了历史性的贡献。但目前成人高等学历教育正面临着学生出勤率低、教学质量低下等诸多困境,成人高等学历教育的改革迫在眉睫。笔者从学生特点分析入手,探索适合成人特点的教育教学改革,打破"普教化",突出成教特色,提升成人高等教育质量。
As an important part of the higher education system for our country＇s talents cultivation,adult higher education has made a historic contribution on the economic and social development. But at present,the adult higher diploma education is facing the dilemmas such as low attendance rate,poor teaching quality and so on. The reform of adult higher diploma education is imminent. This paper starts from the characteristics of students,explores the teaching reform for the characteristics of adult education,and hopes to highlight the characteristics of adult education in order to improve its quality by breaking the ＂generalized education＂.
