摘要
生态系统是人类生存的依托条件,生态补偿量化是构建区域生态补偿机制的关键。本文以青海三江源国家生态保护综合试验区为研究对象,在"3S"技术的支持下,提出以社区为基本空间单位,以生态健康划分补偿等级,在生态系统服务功能价值和区域景观价值的基础上,构建适合三江源国家综合试验区实际状况的上下限动态补偿标准,将为青海三江源国家生态保护综合试验区生态文明建设和生态补偿的量化提供科学依据。
Human existence is relying on the condition of ecosystem condition, the quantify of ecological compensation is the key to building regional ecological compensation mechanism. We takes the comprehensive test areas of Qinghai Sanjiangyuan National Natural Reserve as the research object, Based on the theory of "3S" technology, we put forward of basic landscape as the study spatial units, Use ecological health of the this area to divide the ecological compensation ecological level. Based on the theory of value of ecosystem services and the value of the regional landscape, we were constructed the actual upper line and lower line of ecological compensation standards of the comprehensive test areas of Qinghai Sanjiangyuan National Natural Reserve, Furthermore this study will provided a scientific basis for ecological protection and the decisions of quantified the ecological compensation in this areas.
