摘要
本试验的目的是镜检区分4种常见酵母源饲料产品,包括酵母水解物、酵母细胞壁粉末、活性干酵母和啤酒酵母粉(烘干)。研究结果表明:应用不同的技术手段,可以在显微镜下区分出4种酵母源饲料产品的形态特征,这些特征是其发挥生理功能的基础。但在判断酵母源产品的质量时,不能仅依赖显微镜观察,而应充分考虑其他理化指标。
The purpose of this experiment is to microscopic distinguish 4 types of common yeast source products, including yeast hydrolysates, yeast cell-walls, dried yeast powder and active yeast powder. The results indicate that although characters of yeast source products could be defined with different methods and equipment, other physical and chemical indicators should be concerned as well when evaluating the quality of yeast source products.
