摘要
为了推进企业风险防控体系建设,提高企业管理水平,使企业管理者充分认识到风险防控体系建设对于企业可持续发展的重要意义,特别是对于煤炭企业而言,近年来市场疲软,价格下跌,企业经营风险、资金风险集聚,做好风险防控体系建设就显得更加重要。本文分析了煤炭企业风险防控体系建设的现状,存在的风险,并对神华集团等煤炭企业风险体系建设情况进行了实地调查研究。通过分析研究,阐述了煤炭企业风险防控体系建设对于企业内部控制和管理水平提高具有重要的作用,同时提出了构建风险防控体系的有关措施和方法,对企业创建风险防控体系具有指导作用。
Analyzes the current situation of the construction of risk prevention and control system of coal enterprises. Field research on the risk system construction of Shenhua has been done. Through the analysis and research, expounds that the development of coal enterprises risk prevention and control systems play a decisive role to internal control and management levels. At the same time, put forward the relevant measures and methods for the construction of risk prevention and control systems. For enterprise has a guiding role to create the risk prevention and control system.
