摘要
以生态系统服务价值和能值生态足迹等相关理论为基础,通过计算河南省2012年的耕地生态系统服务价值、能值生态足迹和生态承载力,尝试建立河南省的生态补偿标准.结果表明,2012年河南省的能值生态足迹为5 318万hm2;生态承载力为1 670万hm2;生态系统服务价值为1 510亿元,耕地生态补偿为162亿元.
The paper was to show the ecological compensation quantitatively through analyzing the eco- logical compensation for plowland of Henan Province. The paper was based on the methods of the value of ecosystem services and emergetic ecological footprint model, trying to establish the stand of ecologi- cal compensation through calculating the value of ecosystem services, ecological footprint and ecologi- cal capacity. The result indicated that the value of ecosystem services of Henan Province in 2012 is 1.51 × 10^11 RMB, the emergetie ecological footprint is 5.32 × 107 hm^2, the ecological capacity is 1.67 × 10^7 hm^2 ,and the ecological compensation is 1.62 × 10^10 RMB.
