摘要
介绍了DW50万能式断路器的二次接线端子结构原理,并对其爬电距离进行了测量分析。研究了其在规定工作电压、污染等级、材料组别的情况下存在爬电距离过小的问题,并提出了一种新结构形式的二次接线端子。经过对薄弱环节的剖切面分析,爬电距离达到了产品执行标准GB 14048.1—2012中的规定要求。
This article introduced the secondary circuit part's structure principle of DW50 low voltage air circuit breaker,including the measurement and analysis of its creepage distance. It studied the small creepage distance under the circumstances such as the stipulated working voltage,pollution degree and material group. The article proposed a new structure form of the secondary circuit part. After the inprovement of the weak link,its creepage distance reaches the requirement of GB 14048. 1—2012 standard.
