摘要
本文结合我校电工电子实验室硬件条件,以西门子PLC编程技术在机床加工中的应用为例,介绍了电工电子实验中常常涉及的电气自锁和互锁、电机的正转和反转、乒乓电路和逻辑函数在开关控制设计中的应用。总结了PLC编程技术在电工电子实验中的应用技巧和要点,使学生能够更好的了解所学专业在实际工程中的应用。理论和实际结合可以更好的激发学生的学习兴趣,拓展学生的思维能力,系统掌握专业知识,以提高学生综合应用能力和素质。
This paper combined the hardware condition of electrical and electronic laboratory in our university, and taken Siemens PLC programming techniques in the application of machine processing for example, introduced electrical self-lock and interlock, motor forward and reverse, ping-pong circuit and logic functions of switch control design, which are frequently involved in the electrical and electronic experiments. In this paper, the application skills and points of the PLC programming technology in the electrical and electronic experiments are summarized, so that students can better understand the specialty they learned in practical engineering. The combination of theory and practice can better motivate students＂ interest in learning, develop students＂ thinking ability in order to grasp the professional knowledge systematically and improve students＂ comprehensive application ability and quality.
