摘要
通过对国内外科技期刊"客座编辑"职责及形式的比较,认为国内期刊在专辑或专栏的约稿过程中可邀请行业内专家学者担任"客座编辑"。以《南京航空航天大学学报》(中、英文版)的专辑为例,说明"客座编辑"可以加快约稿速度、确保约稿质量、提升约稿影响。从新老结合、点面结合、中外结合3个方面总结"客座编辑"约稿模式的关键点。
This paper firstly compares the duties and forms of ＂ Guest Editors＂ of domestic and foreign journals, and proposes that domestic journals can invite ＂ Guest Editors＂ in the process of manuscript invitation. Then, taking special issues of Journal of Nanfing University of Aeronautics ＆ Astronautics （ JNUAA） and ＂ Transactions of NUAA＂ （TNUAA） as example, we hold that ＂ Guest Editors＂ can promote the speed, quality and impact of manuscript invitation. Finally, the key points when inviting ＂Guest Editors＂ are summarized.
