摘要
青年编辑已经成为科技期刊编辑队伍中的生力军。青年编辑的素质高低与科技期刊编校质量密切相关。文章分析了青年编辑的特点,阐述了青年编辑素质培养的内容及提高自身素质的途径。
The young editors have become a vital force in the editor＇ s team of sci-tech journals. The quality of young editors is closely related to the redaction quality of sci-tech journals. This paper analyses the characteristics of young edi- tors, and expounds the content of quality training and the ways to improve their own quality for young editors
