摘要
奎宁是非常著名的天然药物,曾经挽救了无数人的生命,甚至被认为影响了人类的发展进程,对奎宁的研究也在科学史上留下了非常重要的记录。着重对奎宁的发现、结构鉴定、生物活性和全合成做了简要介绍,以纪念在奎宁的研究中做出伟大贡献的科学家,同时为科研人员在复杂天然产物全合成工作中开阔眼界提供一些思路。
Quinine is a very famous natural medicine that has saved millions of lives, even being believed to affect the development process of human beings. The study of quinine has left a very important record in the history of science. In this paper, the historical stories on the discovery and study of quinine are summarized in memory of the great discoveries and in honor of the scientists. It also aims at providing the references for furore related research. This article is one of the series of historical stories on natural product chemistry written by the authors.
