摘要
随机将30头乏情母猪分为2组,每组15头,Ⅰ组用自拟催情散按2 g/kg·体重拌料内服,每天2次,Ⅱ组用雌二醇按0.1 mg/kg·体重肌肉注射,以观察其对乏情母猪的治疗效果。结果表明院Ⅱ组母猪在用药后5 d内全部出现发情症状,但大多数在第1次发情时不能受孕,而Ⅰ组母猪大多在用药后6-10 d内发情,但通常1次配种成功。说明雌二醇的催情效果优于自拟催情散,而自拟催情散促进卵泡发育的功能优于雌二醇。
Randomly average thirty anestrus sows into two groups.Group I was taken self-made aphrodisiac powder in 2 g/kg proportion twice a day,when Group Ⅱ was intramuscularly injected with Estradiol in 0.1 mg/kg proportion.Then observe these two methods＇ therapeutic effects.The results showed that the sows in Group Ⅱ completely appeared estrous signs after five days,but most sows cannot be pregnant at the first time while mostly Group I sows which under treatment after six to ten days could be.It indicated that aphrodisiac effect of estradiol was superior to self-made aphrodisiac powder,while follicle stimulating development effect of self-made aphrodisiac powder was better than estradiol.
