摘要
目的 介绍一种治疗儿童先天性巨结肠 (HD)的新术式———经肛门一期Soave巨结肠根治术。方法 应用经肛门一期Soave根治术治疗HD患儿 2 0例并短期随访。结果 经肛门一期Soave根治术费时 ,但从术后禁食时间、静脉滴注抗生素时间、发热天数、术后住院天数、术后排便情况及短期并发症等恢复指标上有显著优越性。结论 经肛门一期Soave根治手术创伤小 ,术后患儿恢复快 ,并发症少 ,腹部无瘢痕 ,对于短段型和常见型婴儿HD ,该术式安全可靠 。
Objective To introduce a new procedure-transanal one stage Soave pull through for Hirschsprung′s disease (HD,congenital megacolon)in infants.Method Transanal one stage Soave pull through procedures for HD were performed in 20 children.Results The operative duration of transanal one stage Soave pull through for HD was longer than other procedures,but the items such as fasting time,perfusion time of fluid and antibiotics,hospital stays,bowel movements and complications etc were superior to other procedures.Conclusion Transanal one stage Soave pull through procedure for HD is a new one for HD in infant.The advantage of this procedure is minimal trauma and quick recovery.It is safe and effective.
