摘要
"国培计划"是教育部、财政部积极响应中央号召,于2010年启动的中小学幼儿园教师国家级培养计划。结合河北师范大学四年来"国培计划"的实践,对政府历年培训资金投入情况进行研究分析,提出使用策略,不断构建和完善六维度教师培训新模式,正视不足和问题,探索培训新思路。
The national distance learning programs initiated by educational ministry and financial ministry in 2010,devoted to the education of primary,secondary schools and kindergartens.This paper reviews the practices of the past four years in Hebei Normal University,aimed at improving the six-dimensional teaching models through financial analysis and strategic implementations.
