摘要
在意大利高校,体育法课程由法律系组织,分大学选修课程和成人进修课程两种,外聘专业的体育法律师作为教师,教学内容侧重于民事体育法。体育法研究在意大利有着近百年的悠久历史,选题虽然多元,但研究重心亦在民事体育法上。判例评论是意大利体育法研究的一大特色,法教义学则是研究的主要方法。中国的体育法教学与研究有自身特色,但也可以从意大利的经验中得到有益启示。
In Italian Universities, sports law courses, including degree optional course and further education course, are managed in law faculty. Sports lawyers are often hired as part--time lecturers of sports law courses. The contents of sports law courses are mainly in the field of civil law. Sports law research in Italy has almost 100 years of history with various research issues but mainly fo- cused also in the field of civil law. The comment on cases in High Court is a feather of Italian sports law while the main research method is dogmatic. The teaching and research of sports law in China has some specific ways, but it is also possible to benefit some from Italian experience.
