摘要
建立了采用高效液相色谱测定食品包装材料中甲醛含量的方法.样品经前处理和衍生化反应后,通过高效液相色谱仪进行快速分离,在1.46~571 μg/L范围内线性良好,食品包装材料的回收率为92.1%~96.6%.该方法简便、快速、准确性高、重现性好,适用于食品包装材料中甲醛含量的测定.
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of formaldehyde content in food packaging material was developed. The fast separation was performed on high performance liquid chromatograph. There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of formaldehyde and peak area in the range of 1.46- 571μg/L. with high The recovery rate of food packaging material was 92.1%-96.6%. The proposed method was simple, rapid accuracy, good reproducibility, which can be applied in formaldehyde analysis in food packaging material.
