摘要
基于实践教学在高校教学中所发挥的重要作用和扮演的特殊角色,立足食品质量与安全专业、食品行业和高校的实际,分析该专业的实践教学现状,论证构建该专业实践教学体系的必要性,明确体系构建的指导思想和原则,提出开展实践教学的对策和建议。
Based on the important and special role of practice teaching in university,according to the reality of food quality and safety major,food industry and college,the practice teaching status was analyzed.The necessity of constructing practice teaching system was elaborated,the guiding ideology and principles were determined,several countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
