摘要
目的探讨优质护理对围手术期病人焦虑的影响。方法选择在我院住院的66例围手术期焦虑病人,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组仅接受常规护理,试验组在此基础上对病人实施责任制整体优质护理服务。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和护理满意度。结果出院前2d,试验组病人SAS评分显著低于对照组(t=6.061,P<0.05),护理满意度明显高于对照组(z=3.303,P<0.05)。结论对围手术期焦虑病人实施优质护理服务能明显减轻其焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate effects of high-quality nursing care on anxiety in perioperative patients. Methods Sixty-six patients who had anxiety during hospitalized waiting for surgery were randomized to two groups as experimental and con- trol. Patients in the control group received only usual care, those in the experimental group were offered responsibility-system high- quality care service in addition to the usual care offered to those in the control. A comparison was done between the two groups in terms of score of SAS and degree of satisfacton with nursing care. Results A survey done two days prior to discharge indicated that the SAS score of patients in the experimental group was lower （t = 6.061 ,P〈0.05）, and the degree of satisfaction with nurs- ing was higher than the control （z=3.303,P〈0.05）. Conclusion To practice high-quality nursing care service in perioperatve patients anxious for the surgery can obviously relieve their anxiety and increase their satisfaction with nursing care service.
