Multi-Objective Service Restoration of Distribution Network Containing Distributed Generation

摘要 为充分发挥分布式电源的优势,进一步提高配电网的供电可靠性,提出考虑分布式电源孤岛运行的多目标供电恢复算法。在分析含分布式发电配网故障到供电恢复流程的基础上,采用二进制粒子群算法搜索Pareto非支配解获得供电恢复方案。根据对开关动作次数和网损侧重点不同,为减少Pareto非支配解的数目,可分别优先考虑负荷损失最少、开关动作次数最少和负荷损失最少、网损最小为目标得到Pareto非支配解,然后分别计算网损、开关动作次数,从中选择非劣解,兼顾了供电恢复过程中负荷损失、开关动作次数和网络损耗。方法可生成具体供电恢复方案由用户根据情况灵活选择。最后通过IEEE 33节点测试系统验证了算法的有效性。 To bring distributed generation's superiority into full play and further enhance the power supply reliability of distribution network, a multi-objective service restoration algorithm, in which the islanding operation of distributed generation(DG) is taken into account, is proposed. On the basis of analyzing the process form the fault occurrence in distribution network containing DG to the service restoration, the binary particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is utilized to search Pareto non-dominated solutions to attain the service restoration scheme. According to different focus emphasized on the on-off times of circuit breakers or the network loss, the Pareto non-dominated solutions can be obtained by two objectives, one of which is the minimized load loss under least number of on-off times of circuit breakers and the other of which is the minimized load loss under least network loss, to reduce the number of Pareto non-dominated solutions; and then the network loss and the on-off times of circuit breakers are calculated separately and non-inferior solutions are chosen from calculation results, thus the load loss, on-off times of circuit breakers and network loss during the service restoration can be taken into account. Using the proposed method, alternative service restoration schemes can be generated and based on the condition of distribution network the user can select the appropriate scheme. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation results of IEEE 33-bus test distribution system.
