摘要
本研究选用缫丝厂的下脚丝、绸厂的废丝、边角绸料和等级较差的绢纺原料作为原料用针刺法制成蚕丝非织造布,既有蚕丝优良的服用性能,又符合蚕丝非织造布的生产要求。再利用壳聚糖所具有的抗菌性、生物相容性和无毒性,配制成抗菌整理剂,对蚕丝非织造布进行抗菌整理,为开发新颖的功能性医用非织造布奠定了基础。
In this paper, a kind of natural macromolecule chitosan as an antibacterial agent was used to finish silk nonwoven fabrics. It is found that chitosan can prevent Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli from growing on the fabrics. This research also showed that such antibacterial effect is better on silk nonwoven fabrics than on cotton fabrics under the same processing condition. .........
