茯砖茶“金花”菌—谢瓦氏曲霉间型变种的孢子产生条件 被引量:66

摘要 研究探讨了不同浓度的蔗糖和氯化物、不同温度及不同培养基对茯砖茶“金花”菌——谢瓦氏曲霉间型变种有性孢子和无性孢子产生的影响.结果表明:渗透压在该菌有性孢子和无性孢子产生过程中起主导作用.在低渗透压下,该菌只产生子囊孢子,不产分生孢子;渗透压增大到一定程度时,该菌既产生子囊孢子,又产生分生孢子;随渗透压再继续增大,子囊孢子产量相对减少,最终不产生子囊孢子,而分生孢子产量则愈来愈大,最终只产分生孢子.30~37℃下培养,利于分生孢子产生,在30℃以下,利于子囊孢子产生.在营养丰富的培养基上易产生分生孢子,在营养贫瘠的培养基上不易产生分生孢子. Effects of cultural conditions on sporogenesis of sexual and asexual spore of Golden Flower fungus, Aspergillus Cheualeri Var. intermedius in the Fuzhan Tea was researched. The results indicated that under different sucrose concentrations and NaCl concentrations, temperatures, and media in this study, the osmotic pressure played a leading role in sporogenesis of various spores of the fungus, under low osmotic pressure, the fungus just produced only ascospores and no conidia. when the osmotic Pressure was increased gradually to a certain extent, it could form both ascospores and conidia. With the osmotic pressure was increased continuously, the amounts of ascospores was reduced less and less but the conidia was increased more and more, the ascospore was nothing in the end. the cultural temperature was advantageous to the formation of conidia in 30°37°C and ascospore below 30*C. the conidia were produced easily in the nourishing medium but hardly in the undernou rishing one.
